Alaine M. Breen, CPA, MST
Alaine joined the firm in July, 1990, after four years with
Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and was admitted as a shareholder in 1992. A 1986
graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, with a BS/BA in Accounting, she
completed her Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College in 1995.
She has a range of experience in the service, not-for-profit and manufacturing
industries, including the management, administrative, financial and tax issues
associates with such businesses. She also has extensive experience with individual,
estate and trust taxes, as well as the tax planning necessary for these entities.

James N. Sears, CPA (ret)
Jim is the retired managing shareholder of T.B. Donnelly & Company,
PC (now Tonneson & Co, PC), where Don was a shareholder for over 25 years.
Over his more than forty years of experience, Jim has accumulated a vast level
of in depth knowledge in accounting, management and taxation, and is available
to us for special projects. A Boston University graduate, he attends many
seminars and other educational courses covering topics in accounting, taxation
and related areas.
